Summary

The Flipping Ninja started as a simple hustle—buying and reselling items for profit. It grew into a full-blown brand, course, and SaaS platform that has generated over $300,000+ in revenue. I built the systems, the software, the marketing funnels, and the training content—and I sold it all through storytelling, demos, and community.

Problem / Opportunity

Most people want to make extra income but don’t know where to start. Flipping everyday items for profit is simple in theory, but most people struggle with:

  • Finding good deals
  • Writing compelling ads that actually sell
  • Tracking their profits and inventory
  • Staying consistent long enough to win

I saw an opportunity to build a system that solved all of those problems—then teach others how to do the same.

Solution / What I Built

I built The Flipping Ninja into an ecosystem:

  • Comprehensive Training Program: A complete flipping course teaching people how to source, negotiate, and sell items for profit — helping thousands make $1,000–$5,000/month part-time.
  • Flipping Demystified (300+ Page Book): Known by readers as “The Bible of Flipping.” A deep-dive manual covering flipping psychology, sourcing strategies, photography that sells, copywriting templates, before/after ads, and everything needed to turn everyday items into consistent income.
  • FlippAI SaaS App: An AI-powered platform that automates ad writing, tracks flips, and provides access to my personal vault of 3,000+ profitable items.
  • Marketing & Sales Funnel: A full online system that converted visitors into paying students and subscribers through email automation, persuasive copy, and value-driven content.
  • The Flipping Ninja Blog & Podcast: Created a content hub featuring the Flip of the Week series — detailed breakdowns of real flips including item analysis, profit margins, time spent, lessons learned, and flip ratings, complete with visual presentations.
  • Brand & Mission: Positioned The Flipping Ninja as a movement to “Show people they can make $1,000–$5,000/month part-time with flipping,” combining entrepreneurship, psychology, and salesmanship.

Process & Story

This wasn’t just a product launch. It was a multi-year journey:

I started flipping as a broke college student. Then I documented everything.
I built a website. I wrote copy that spoke like a real person. I showed proof.

When I launched the course, I didn’t hide behind a logo—I became The Flipping Ninja. I ran ads, wrote long-form landing pages, shot demos, and built a following.

And then came the software. I saw students struggling to write good ads, so I built FlippAI: an AI-powered app that writes the perfect ad, helps track inventory, and provides inspiration through a searchable item vault.

This was me wearing every hat: product builder, marketer & storyteller, sales engineer, and closer.
