I prefer Linux because it is more freedom and control oriented than other operating systems. With Linux, you are in complete control of your system which is a valuable asset. Linux is also more stable and secure than other operating systems and is much faster. Linux is also free, which is an added bonus. Lastly, Linux is just more fun to use than other operating systems.
