Intelligent Muscle: The World's First Power-Bodybuilding & Personal Development Platform
In my early 20s, I built and launched IntelligentMuscle.net—an automated digital fitness program for men looking to gain muscle mass. Through targeted Facebook ads, it generated $8k in just three weeks. Beyond the tech stack (website, backend, payment/delivery systems), I learned how to retain 80% of refund-seeking customers by hopping on calls, asking questions, and reframing value—an early training ground in consultative selling.

IntelligentMuscle.net wasn’t just another online training program. It was positioned as “the world’s first bodybuilding, powerlifting, and personal development company.”
I created the B.L.A.S.T. 5 Training Program, co-authored with Dr. Carla Clark, combining the best of bodybuilding and powerlifting into a hybrid methodology that delivered both size and strength.
I built the entire system — funnel, offer, messaging, copy, ads, sales page, email sequences — and launched it as a digital product.
What began as a small side experiment quickly turned into a profitable mini-business that generated $8,000 in revenue in 3 weeks, 100% automated.


Problem / Opportunity
At the time, the online fitness space was flooded with cookie-cutter programs:
- Generic bodybuilding plans.
- Rigid powerlifting programs.
- Zero story. Zero soul.
Lifters were forced to choose between aesthetics or strength… and I thought: “Why not both?”
There was also a massive gap in personal branding and narrative. Most programs sold sets and reps. I sold a journey — the story of going from scrawny high-school kid to strong, confident, capable.

Solution / What I Built
The B.L.A.S.T. 5 Training Program — A complete digital hybrid power-bodybuilding system designed to build both muscle and strength without compromise.
Co-authored with Dr. Carla Clark for added scientific credibility.
High-Conversion Funnel — Landing page, sales page, and autoresponder sequence built to educate, inspire, and convert.
Narrative-Driven Brand — My personal story was woven throughout the copy, positioning the program as a movement, not a product.
Split-Tested Pricing — $77 vs $37, tracked conversions, optimized for maximum revenue.
Email Automation — Warmed leads, overcame objections, and closed sales without 1:1 interaction.

Process & Story
I ran the whole thing like a one-person startup. Wrote the copy. Built the funnel. Designed the offer. Launched the ads.
I targeted men stuck in their fitness journey with Facebook ads and funneled them into a landing page that did the heavy lifting — honest, real, and story-driven. Once they opted in, an automated email sequence kicked in, doing what great sales engineers do:
- Hit the pain points head-on.
- Paint the future state.
- Handle objections like “I’ve tried everything” or “I don’t have time.”
- Build trust through value, not pressure.
Most sales closed without me ever talking to them. But when someone was on the fence or wanted a refund, I didn’t just hit “approve.” I got on the phone. I listened. Reframed. Reconnected them to the value.
And 80% of those conversations turned into retained customers.
This wasn’t just fitness. This was my crash course in sales, persuasion, and building something real end-to-end.
